I'm not just writing to hype Joshua up, honestly, he is the best sales man I've ever met! I'm myself am ranked in the top 5 for Comcast Inbound Sales for all of New England so when I complement Josh, I hope everyone at Key Hyundai of Manchester sees how vital Josh is to the Company, especially Jill Miriam.  From the beginning of walking into Key Hyundai of Manchester Josh greeted us with a smile and a handshake, best way to make a customer start to feel welcome and comfortable dealing with the fact that they are making a substantial purchase. Josh started the process with my girlfriend Evelyn and her mother to co-sign on a loan to get a car. We were almost finished with the process when Evelyn's mother backed out on her. Upset and frusterated, Evelyn didn't think she was going to get a car and was very worried about how she would get to work. I, Michael, stepped in and co-signed with Evelyn to get a car for her which would mean starting the process all over again for Josh and Key Hyundai of Manchester. Not once did Josh make us feel uncomfortable about this sudden switch, he smiled at Evelyn and shook my hand stating, "You have a really great partner and it takes a strong and loving boyfriend to do what your boyfriend did for you today." Right there and then I realized that Josh wasn't just selling us a car but selling us on the fact that Josh understands our situation and respects the both of us. This remark from Josh stopped Evy from crying and being upset. We started the process over again, Josh and everyone at Key Hyundai of Manchester, koodos to Mr. Sal Kolmer for helping us get a beautiful, clean, in working order car at a very decent price. I would actually consider calling Key Hyundai of Manchester my Heroes because they were able to help us get a safe and reliable car for Evy.
